How fees work
Plain answers on paying for your family's care, before you book.
Insurance we work with
We bill most PPO plans and some employer plans. What a plan pays for chiropractic visits differs from plan to plan, and coverage for children's visits and for care during pregnancy differs too. Our front desk tells you what they find before your first visit.

If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, your doctor tells you the fee for each part of the visit before it happens, and you pay at the visit. The front desk can give you our fee list for parents.
Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we can give you an itemized receipt. If your plan or a health savings account reimburses chiropractic care, you can send it in, and your plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate in advance, before your first visit, and answer your questions about it. Ask us.
Checking your benefits
Our front desk checks your family's benefits before the first visit and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. You can also ask your plan whether it covers chiropractic visits for children.
What the first visit includes
A first visit for a child is a talk with a parent, a gentle exam and an explanation, and usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. An adult's first visit takes 45 to 60 minutes. Care starts that day only if you agree.
